A figure with long, dark, loose hair wears a rust-orange shawl wrapped over the body with gold border stripes, standing before a gilded shrine with a silver-white canopy and a small deity murti. Silver lamps stand on the shelf in front. To the right, a second person in white dhoti and a white cloth over the shoulder stands at the edge of the frame.2012-06-03 +1 copiesPhotograph inside a temple shrine lit by a warm glowing arch of bulbs. A shaved-headed man stands bare-chested with a saffron-orange dhoti and a gold-banded orange shawl, holding a lit oil lamp or camphor flame toward a deity murti draped in red flower garlands within a golden canopied shrine. Brass kalasha pots and small lamps line the altar, and rose petals scatter the floor. A second man in orange robes with a rudraksha mala and a headband stands with hands folded in devotion beside him. A third person's hand and white garment appear at the right edge. The ritual looks like an aarti or puja at a shrine.2012-05-08May 19 20122012-05-19 +1 copiesMay 15 20122012-05-15 +2 copiesMay 10 20122012-05-10 +1 copiesA man stands in a doorway of a marble-lined shrine niche, wearing an orange-red draped garment with gold border, a gold-bead necklace, a rudraksha band on his upper arm and a rudraksha headband with a white forehead mark. He reaches toward a small gilded shrine with a golden arched canopy and a deity murti, surrounded by lit orange lights. Brass oil lamps and a plate of pink flower petals sit on the ledge below. The figure has long swept-back hair and ornate attire matching visible cues, so this is a person presence performing a shrine puja in person.2012-05-14 +2 copiesMay 08 20122012-05-08May 27 20122012-05-27 +1 copiesJune 03 20122012-06-03May 27 20122012-05-27May 19 20122012-05-19
