Outdoor ritual at a temple courtyard decorated with orange pennants, bunting, banana plants and a deity murti garlanded with yellow and orange flowers. A figure in orange robes stands at the centre, raising an arm toward the murti while a standing man in white and seated women in white saris and white clothing attend. Trays of fruit, flowers, bananas, a kalasha-like vessel and offerings sit on the mat in front of a stone basin. Women in white stand and sit around the shrine; a woman in a blue sari stands in the background near the entrance. Scene suggests an abhishekam-style puja during a festival.

Outdoor ritual at a temple-like open pavilion with a tin roof and palm trees behind. A central figure with long dark hair, wearing a saffron-orange robe and a large white and orange flower garland, stands beside a multicoloured ceremonial umbrella and is. Beside him, a younger man in orange robes and beads holds a tray, and a bearded man in orange with rudraksha beads stands nearby. On the right, an orange-robed attendant presses his palms together. A square fire pit with smoke rises before a small blue-dressed deity murti decorated with yellow marigold garlands, set on an orange cloth draped over a white altar. Yellow flower pots flank the altar, and in the left foreground brass plates hold offerings. Behind, a crowd of white-clad devotees, several with folded hands, watches the homa or puja.

Most seated women wear white saris seen from behind with long braids; some wear yellow or orange garments, and two women in front wear orange robes. Several wear white and yellow shawls. Flowers and broad green leaves frame the foreground.

A bare-chested priest in white dhoti sits cross-legged before the fire, and a second man in a red-striped shawl stands nearby. A photograph of a Hindu wedding ritual at an open-air shrine decorated with pink drapes, flower garlands and brass lamps. A central deity murti of a royal couple sits in gold ornaments with marigold garlands. In front, a bride in an orange sari with flower garland kneels with hands folded beside a groom in white dhoti and shawl with a white garland. Several priests in orange robes perform the rite: one stands at the altar pouring from a vessel, another kneels at a homa area with a fire pit of stacked bricks and firewood. Fruit, flowers and a brass lamp lie on the floor. Onlookers in white and orange stand at the right. The page indicates a person attended, but no figure shows the distinctive visible cues needed to confirm him, so the identity is left uncertain.
