November 25 20112011-11-25A seated man in an orange saffron robe with a gold-bead and gold-ornament necklace, long dark hair tied back, places both hands on the forehead of a kneeling devotee in a white shirt and white dhoti. The seated figure sits on an ornate gold-and-red throne with carved gold panels. Trays of purple-wrapped sweets sit on a wooden side table and a red-covered surface nearby, and a pink wall with a dark curtain forms the backdrop.2011-02-20May 19 20132013-05-19A seated figure in a red and gold silk garment with a red tiger-striped cloth draped over the lap sits on an ornate golden throne with carved gold backrest and red velvet cushion. He has slicked-back hair, a red bindi and a tilak, and wears a long multi-bead rudraksha mala. Facing him, a man in a white shirt seen from behind raises both open palms toward him in a gesture of greeting and devotion. A backdrop photo shows a red temple complex with a tall gopuram-style structure. The seated figure's appearance is consistent with the a person cues of rudraksha mala, saffron-red robes and ornate throne, so he is described as a person in an appearance-based label, with the image appearing to be a photograph taken during a seated event.2011-07-17February 09 20122012-02-09A photograph of a seated man in a rust-orange wrap with long dark hair swept back, wearing a rudraksha mala and a gold ceremonial pendant, placing both hands on the head of a balding man in a white shirt with a purple lanyard. The seated figure sits on a red velvet-covered throne beside an ornate gold carved panel, in front of deep red draped curtains. The white-clad man bows forward as he receives the blessing. Only a sliver of another person's head is visible at the bottom edge. The scene resembles a blessing or padapuja-style darshan.2012-05-02February 09 20122012-02-09A photograph of a seated man in an orange saffron robe with a dark hair knot and a gold ceremonial necklace placing both hands on the forehead of a kneeling man in a white kurta. The seated man sits on a red cushioned throne with gold carved armrests, and a tray of wrapped purple-and-silver sweets sits on a side table beside him. A gold-framed backdrop and a dark curtain fill the background. The seated man has long swept-back hair, saffron clothing and gold beads, which is consistent with the Swamiji (probable) appearance cues, so he is presented as the initiating teacher giving a blessing, while the kneeling devotee receives it.2011-02-20May 19 20132013-05-19A photograph of a devotee in a white kurta with a white thread at the neck, seen from behind, palms raised toward a seated man in a red-brown turban and saffron-orange robe. The seated man sits before an ornate gold throne with carved floral relief and a red cushion, a silver staff leans at left against red drapery, and the two exchange a palm-to-palm greeting. Another orange-robed attendant is partly visible at the left edge. Two physical people are visible.2018-01-10A photograph of a seated figure on an ornate gold-and-red throne smiling broadly, with long dark wavy hair, a red bindi, a black thread necklace and an orange saffron shawl and garment. The figure's raised hand is extended toward a man seen from behind in a white kurta with grey hair, who appears to be offering or receiving a gesture. A red tiger-stripe cushion and gold throne back are visible, with a white fur-like rug at the base. Appearance cues of long hair and saffron clothing match the page's description of Swamiji (probable) seated on the throne.2011-12-11 +1 copiesA photograph of a seated figure in a saffron-orange robe with long dark hair and a broad smile, having their head held and blessed by a man in a white checked short-sleeved shirt who leans in with both hands on their head and face. Behind them rises an ornate gold-toned throne with intricate floral and scrollwork carving. The seated figure wears a gold bangle on one wrist. Swamiji (probable): the seated figure has long swept-back dark hair and wears saffron-orange clothing, with a gold bangle, and is seated on an ornate gilded throne as the person being honoured. The man giving blessing wears a white checked shirt and has greying hair and a maroon cord around his neck. The scene is an indoor darshan-style blessing.2009-12-17
