A large seated congregation of men in white ritual cloth with red-bordered dhotis and white shawls performs a pada puja-style ceremony on a glossy floor. Many have palms pressed together in prayer, and a few have white and orange sandalwood or ash marks on the forehead and arms. Small brass lamps, brass plates with fruit and flowers, and small silver-rimmed bowls sit on orange and yellow mats in front of them. Rudraksha malas hang around their necks. Behind them, rows of seated devotees fill the hall, some in orange or saffron clothing. No individual appears to be a clearly identifiable a person candidate.
