The man in front, bare-chested with white ash markings on his arms and forehead, holds a lit lamp near his chest and chants with his mouth open; he wears a rudraksha mala. Beside him, another man holds a flame in his hand, and several others to the right hold lit wicks, with brass plates and small oil lamps on an orange cloth in front of them. A green-and-white draped table with more lamps stands behind. A child sits at the far left edge. The scene looks like a satsang-style puja with aarti, not an identified event.2010-11-30A photograph of a group of men seated on the floor in white dhotis with gold borders, performing a ritual with small brass oil lamps held in outstretched hands.
