A young male labourer in a magenta short-sleeved t-shirt with a paisley pattern and a white striped lungi pushes a grey concrete-filled wheelbarrow with long metal handles across a dark, partly poured concrete floor laid over steel reinforcement bars. Behind him, another worker in a white shirt bends over the slab, and a third figure stands near partially built concrete block walls and columns under a roofed frame. The setting is an unfinished building site with scaffolding and rows of residential structures in the background.A photograph of an unfinished interior under construction, with a freshly poured wet concrete floor spanning the room. Four men work in the space: a man in a striped yellow and red shirt and white cap stands at left, a shirtless man in a grey vest and dark shorts walks across the concrete, and two more men in light clothing stand near the back wall and doorway. Metal buckets sit on the floor at right, with a trowel handle visible. Bare grey block walls with white plaster, a window at right, and a corrugated roof with skylights frame the scene.2007-07-03Aadheenam Construction 20092009-01-01December 12 20062006-12-12A photograph of a nighttime construction site with workers mixing and spreading wet grey concrete on a dug-out red earth floor. A man in a red turban and checked shirt and green checked lungi stands at left holding a long wooden tool. A man in a white kurta and white dhoti bends over the wet concrete at center. A worker in a white head wrap and yellow checked shirt crouches at lower right beside a blue bucket. Another man in a grey sweater holds a round metal tray. Several other men in white dhotis stand in the background, and a bright work light stands at upper right. Sacks lie at the right edge.2006-12-12December 19 20092009-12-19December 19 20062006-12-19Four men in plain white shirts and dhotis or lungis bend over a freshly levelled dirt floor inside a block-walled enclosure at night, working with their hands and tools to smooth the ground. Warm artificial light falls across the uneven earth, and tall brick walls, some unfinished, surround the site. A pink cloth hangs from the right wall. The scene shows construction groundwork at an ashram building site.2006-10-06Aadheenam Construction 20092009-01-01 +1 copies2005 - View-of-Ananda-Sabha-Construction +1 copiesA worker in a flat cap, grey trousers and a faded red-and-white checked shirt stands on a concrete slab at a construction site, using a hoe or trowel to spread wet grey concrete. Nearby are a grey metal funnel-shaped pipe, a coiled beige hose, a grey stone slab leaning on the ground, a folded cement sack, a grey jug and corrugated sheets. The ground is bare red earth with sparse dry grass.2007-05-27May 21 20072007-05-21
