Several people with hands joined in anjali stand behind a metal railing. A small boy in a yellow shirt is among them. The priest holds a tray of lit lamps and offerings, and an orange-clad figure stands at the centre. Warm lighting and floral decoration suggest an aarti or puja.2010-11-01A four-panel collage of photographs from a ceremonial gathering. Panels show men in white dhotis and white shirts receiving blessings from a woman in an orange sari. In several panels a man in white bends forward while the woman in orange touches his head or shoulder, and in others she applies a mark or offers a flower at a decorated altar with red and orange drapery. A man in white with glasses stands at the right edge. Several people are visible across the panels, with an altar of marigold garlands and lamps in the background.2011-11-02
