Outdoor ritual gathering under a open-sided shelter with coconut palms and a tall copper-toned flagstaff. Seated on woven mats in the foreground, a row of men in white shirts and dhotis and a man in an orange shirt face a central area. Two figures in saffron robes sit on the ground near a black Shiva lingam draped with a red-and-yellow garland, beside a red-orange pedestal. A seated figure in a white garment with a yellow shawl sits to the right. Behind them, a printed banner with figures is hung on a red wall, and an orange-covered cart stands at right. Several people in white are seated near small fire pits or offerings on the ground.
