On the left, an elderly man with a white beard and glasses wears an orange knitted cap, an orange-pink knit sweater, an orange shawl, and a dark bead necklace with white beads. On the right, a younger man with short dark hair and a red tilak mark wears a reddish-brown robe with a gold-trimmed shawl and a dark rudraksha mala, smiling and gesturing as he speaks. Neither figure is clearly identified by visible cues beyond clothing.2016-01-01Two saffron-robed men walk together outdoors past a whitewashed building with a barred window and potted flowering plants with red blooms. On the left, a man with long dark hair swept back wears a rust-red robe with gold-yellow borders, a long rudraksha mala and a ceremonial gold bead necklace, and a red thread on his wrist. Beside him, a shaved-headed older man in a bright orange shawl and robe, with a vermilion tilak on his forehead, gestures with one hand as he talks. Several other monks and men in the background, including a man in a brown shirt, stand near the wall. The left man has distinctive long hair, ornate beads and rudraksha, so a probable Swamiji identification applies to him as the person with long hair and rudraksha malas; the older saffron-clad man is a sannyasi in a visible tilak and shawl.2014-03-14Outdoor photograph of two barefoot men walking along a concrete path in front of an orange-brick wall and blurred trees. In the foreground, a man in a yellow dhoti and shawl with a red-bordered edge wears a long rudraksha mala, a red bindi, and his hair swept back; his eyes are lowered and his hand rests on the mala. Behind him, a second man in orange-saffron robes with a white forehead mark and a rudraksha mala walks with a gold bracelet on his wrist.2011-09-21January 12 20142014-01-12 +1 copiesOctober 03 20152015-10-03November 05 20132013-11-05A procession outdoors at an ashram-style compound with a red-washed wall and stone steps. In the foreground a man with a red bindi and a gold-edged rust-coloured shawl over bare shoulders wears a thick ornate gold necklace and walks forward speaking. Beside him a bearded elderly sannyasi in flowing saffron-orange robes carries a staff, and a younger man in rust-red cloth with a rudraksha mala walks alongside. On the right a man in rust-red and gold-bordered dhoti holds a tall silver ceremonial staff topped with a trident-like finial and a canopy umbrella. Behind them devotees in red and maroon robes line the steps and a brass oil lamp stands at left.2013-11-05November 25 20112011-11-25Photograph of two saffron-robed sannyasis walking through a warmly lit interior with a bronze deity murti at right. The older man at left has a grey beard, glasses, a tilak on his forehead, a topknot, an orange shawl and a pearl and rudraksha mala. The younger man at right wears a maroon-red robe with gold border, a long rudraksha mala and a rudraksha bracelet on his arm. Behind them a man in a blue shirt and a woman stand nearby.2016-01-28
