A photograph of a procession walking along a red carpet under a covered walkway in an outdoor courtyard. In the centre, a bare-chested man with a red and gold turban, a long gold-beaded garland and a dark red-brown dhoti walks barefoot. Beside him, a figure in orange robes carries a small offering tray decorated with flowers and greenery. Behind them, people in orange robes and a white-clad attendant follow, one holding a drum or ritual item. A colourful decorated banner hangs at left and a canopy with tassels stands at right against a red wall. The man in the turban shows distinctive adornments and ceremonial garlands, but his face and identity cannot be confirmed from appearance alone.2018-01-14January 01 20172017-01-01A photograph of a procession on a dusty courtyard path lined with a red carpet, beside a red brick wall. In the centre, a bearded man in a deep maroon-brown robe wears a maroon turban, a pink and white flower garland, layered gold necklaces and a rudraksha mala, and walks smiling. Around him, several young men in saffron-orange dhotis and shawls, bare-chested with rudraksha malas and bangles, carry a long bamboo pole, a staff and a tray of offerings. Two young women with long hair and jewelled headpieces walk behind, and a man in white ritual dress stands at the back. Dreadlocked children in orange in the foreground.2018-01-14A photograph of a procession on a red carpet beneath a striped cloth canopy hung with mango leaves. In the foreground a man with long dark hair walks barefoot, wearing an orange-saffron dhoti and shawl, a large floral garland in red and white, and a beaded necklace with rudraksha-style strands; he appears to be the central figure, carried under a decorated umbrella-style parasol held by a man in orange robes. Behind him, several men in orange cloth carry a tray or plate and a bundle of offerings, and a line of others in orange and white follows along the path. A red building and green trees form the background.2013-03-10Outdoor procession under a large red and gold canopy on a red carpet inside a tent. A man with long dark hair, a white forehead marking, a red-and-orange shawl and layered gold necklaces walks barefoot along a woven straw mat, wearing a red-orange garland and carrying a silver tray. Around him, saffron-clad men with white tilaka and beads stand with hands folded, and several women in red and pink saris press palms together in namaskar. A small golden deity murti and a red-painted shrine block sit at the right edge, with a patterned blue rug on the ground. Swamiji (probable): the walking man wears a long dark-haired presentation with ornate gold necklaces and a garland, consistent with the page's reference to the event.2013-03-10December 15 20162016-12-15
