Around the low platform below, a group of devotees sits on the floor in white, cream and yellow saris and white dhotis, some with sandalwood or vibhuti marks on their foreheads and hands folded in prayer. Brass and silver plates with flowers and offerings are arranged on a cloth in front of them. The stage has a dark curtain and a backdrop with carved temple-style pillars, and a microphone stand is visible at right. A large gold lion-shaped throne arm and a red-and-gold box sit beside the seat.2010-11-10Outdoor ceremony under a canopy with draped white and maroon cloth. On the right, a seated figure in a golden crown and orange-saffron garments, wearing a long multicoloured garland and ornate gold jewellery, sits on a gold throne and smiles while raising one hand. On the left, a deity murti in a gold-framed palanquin-style seat is also heavily garlanded in red, yellow, purple and green flowers. Seated devotees in white dhotis, orange shawls, a purple salwar and a yellow sari face the platform, several with their backs to the camera. A golden lion-form armrest and a brass vessel appear in the foreground.2015-01-13A photograph of a devotional gathering in a purple-lit hall. On the left, a man with long dark hair, a white flower garland and a red-and-orange wrap sits on an ornate gold-and-red throne, his hand extended toward the gathering. The seated devotees in white and red-orange shawls kneel on a patterned cloth before brass plates and offering trays, while a standing golden staff and a gilded carved pillar frame the scene. Swamiji (probable): the seated man on the throne wears long swept-back hair, a flower garland, a saffron-orange wrap and a gold-adorned throne, which are the qualifying cues for the appearance-based label. Other participants include a bald man in white with glasses and a man in an orange turban. Several women in saris and shawls sit behind, and a group of people in the foreground are seen from behind.2015-07-21A seated man on an ornate gilded throne with a red cushioned seat and a gold trident beside him wears a red-and-saffron robe, a white flower garland, and red flower and rudraksha-style beaded necklaces. He gestures with his right hand toward a seated devotee in the foreground who is partly visible with a red shawl. Behind him a gilded carved pillar and brass lamps stand against a purple backdrop. To the right, seated people wear white clothes with red shawls; a young man holds a silver tray of offerings, and women in red and maroon saris sit nearby. A pada-puja seems to be taking place at the foot of the throne, with a bald devotee bending before it.2015-07-21November 13 20102010-11-13Photo of a stage event with a man in white kurta and grey waistcoat with an orange shawl speaking into a handheld microphone while standing. Seated on an ornate gold throne with a red cushion and a tiger-skin cover is a figure in saffron-orange robes, an orange turban, and multiple flower garlands, with a microphone in front. A seated man in a cream kurta and orange shawl and cap listens, and a woman in a pink-lavender sari sits at left. A saffron-robed attendant stands near a rear gold-carved throne with a bead necklace, a uniformed guard stands at left, and a black ceremonial bowl sits on the red-carpeted stage beneath a carved stone deity relief. Swamiji (probable) is seated on the throne, with the cues of an orange turban, saffron robes and garlands.2016-04-26Devotees sit on the floor of a red-draped hall in a seated puja gathering around a gilded throne. Around the throne a group of devotees sits on the floor: a woman in green with palms joined, a man in white with a shaved head and mala, a bare-chested man with white tilak and gold necklaces, and women in yellow and white saris. Silver plates and bowls of offerings are set before them, with two red apples on a side table near the throne. Dark curtains and a projection screen form the backdrop. Visibly a satsang-style ritual gathering with devotional offerings.2010-09-17A seated man on a gilded throne with red cushions holds a silver ceremonial staff with his right hand and smiles. He wears an orange-saffron wrap, an orange turban and a floral garland of white and orange blooms. Around him, many devotees in white or cream clothes and saffron-red shawls sit on the floor holding small lit oil lamps and offering flowers from brass plates, in a pada puja setting. Red drapes and potted plants fill the background, and a camera-lit room with a thick gilded frame surrounds the throne.
