A photograph of a devotee in saffron-orange cloth bowing forward with his forehead resting on a carved grey stone ledge, his right hand flat on the stone. He has dark hair tied in a top knot and wears multiple rudraksha malas on his neck, arm and wrist, with a white ash mark on his forehead. The person wears a green and purple silk garment with gold-edged borders, a bronze-coloured tiered top knot, and layered rudraksha beads with gold-capped bead bracelets on the upper arms and wrist. A white tilak marks the forehead. The gesture suggests a temple obeisance or prostration at a shrine entrance, with red fabric hangings and a yellow flower visible in the background.2011-12-23December 03 20112011-12-03November 30 20112011-11-30A man in orange saffron robes and a gold-beaded rudraksha-style necklace bends forward with his forehead pressed to the edge of a pale stone step, one hand resting on the stone. His dark hair is tied in a top knot and he has a white vibhuti mark on his forehead. The setting appears to be a temple, with a blurred red and white wall and gold objects in the background. He is performing a prostration or reverent gesture; no clear crowd is visible.2011-01-21
