A photograph of a grey stone base with a shallow hexagonal top and a circular recess in its centre containing a metal grille, set on reddish-brown ground strewn with small dark stones and dry debris. No people are present. The stone appears to be a pedestal or yoni-type base in an outdoor or temple-yard setting.

A photograph of a white pigeon drinking from a shallow puddle of water on a cracked pale concrete slab. The bird's head is lowered to the water, and its reflection is visible below it. Sunlight and shadow stripes fall across sandy ground behind the slab. No people or a person appear in the scene.

A dim, circular cave chamber with a rough, layered rock ceiling and walls of dark grey stone. The floor is paved with large dark grey slabs bordered by a low curved curb. Faint reddish-brown staining marks part of the wall on the left, and a few small lights are set into the rock along the walls. No people or ritual objects are clearly visible.

A close overhead photograph of a scattered pile of fine pale grey granular powder and small clumps on a plain white surface. The powder is densest at the right and trails off into scattered specks toward the left, with a few larger pale crumbs. No people, deities or ritual objects are visible.

A dimly lit photograph of a whitewashed interior wall with a low arched doorway leading into a dark passage. Patches of plaster are chipped and stained, and a small barred window glows faintly beyond the arch. A wooden door frame stands at the right edge. No people are visible in the scene.

A photograph of a floor offering in a dim, earthen-walled space. A brass lamp with a glass chimney and a lit oil flame sits on a brass tray, surrounded by a ring of red and yellow marigold flowers with a small sprig of green leaves. Faint white chalk or kolam-style lines are drawn on the ground around the offering. No people are visible; a warm light beam falls from the upper left across the floor.

Close-up photograph of a dark, glossy stone surface with a smooth rounded stone form rising from the lower centre, dusted with scattered white powder particles, possibly kumkum or vibhuti, and flecks of gold-coloured residue. No people are visible; the frame shows only the textured black stone and its offering-like dusting.

A nearly blank, grey image showing a plain light-grey surface with faint diagonal shadow streaks across it and a small dark green dot near the centre. No people, objects or ritual activity are discernible. A purple emblem with a white bird appears at the top left, and copyright text is printed at the bottom right.

Interior of a rough cave-temple chamber with a curved, uneven rock ceiling and dark, weathered stone walls stained with reddish-brown marks. The floor is paved with dark grey stone slabs leading toward a faint glow at the far end. A thin cable line runs along the wall, and small lights are visible along it.
