A photograph of an outdoor group activity on sandy ground in front of an orange brick wall and a earthen embankment. Around a dozen shaven-headed men form a loose circle with arms raised high, palms up and reaching toward one another. Most wear white or light shirts and white or dark trousers; one man in the centre-right wears a navy striped polo and white trousers, another on the right wears a bright blue t-shirt and black shorts and smiles broadly, and a person in the foreground wears a green sarong-style garment. Some participants bend forward at the waist and clasp hands. Lanyards and identity badges hang from several necks. Sandals and bare feet stand on the dirt.
