A photograph of two men working outdoors at a construction-site-like area with rubble, stone blocks and palm trees behind. On the left, a man in a maroon sleeveless top and lavender cloth tends a black wok-like pan on a portable gas burner, using long metal tongs to lift or stir a liquid. On the right, a bald man in a white dhoti with gold-bordered edges holds two long green stalks in his hands and stands beside the pan. A gas cylinder sits behind the burner. A pale stone pillar and red wooden posts frame the open pavilion.

A man stands outdoors at a large black iron kadai set on a small stove, stirring its contents with a long metal ladle. He wears a maroon sleeveless vest, a black leather belt, and a white dhoti with a thin orange border. Behind him are palm trees, a concrete pillar with carved bands, and a construction site with sand and stones. A second person's arm is partly visible at the right edge.

A night-time outdoor scene on bare red earth showing three men working at a metal casting pit. The man in front, in a dark grey t-shirt and striped checked lungi with a rudraksha-style beaded necklace, leans forward and presses a long wooden pole onto a round red-brown metal lid set over a pit of glowing molten metal and smoke. Behind him a second man in a white vest and light checked lungi bends over the work with a tool, and a third man in a white shirt and light striped lungi stands at right holding a teal plastic bottle. Scattered cardboard, plastic sheets and debris lie on the ground around the pit, with a grey wall behind.

A rural outdoor cooking area between corrugated metal sheet walls, with a large dry straw stack behind. Two men stand beside a big black pot and a wide aluminium vessel set on a stove, with a hose running across the dirt floor. One man wears a red tank top and dark lungi-style cloth, the other a white vest and lungi with a cloth over his shoulder. A third man in a white shirt and dhoti stands further back. Blue plastic drums sit to the left.

Outdoor fire ritual under a corrugated roof with flowering marigold garlands hanging from the posts. A bright open fire burns in a pit on the ground, with brass vessels set over the flames. A man in a white dhoti and shirt holds a long iron rod toward the fire, while another man in white stands beside him with a rod. A woman in a rust-coloured sari with a rudraksha mala stands at the right, and a bald man in an orange-saffron dhoti and shawl stands at right with a hand extended toward the fire. Several other men in white and saffron stand in the background, and folding chairs are visible outside.

A photograph of a cook in a covered kitchen area preparing food. A bare-chested, grey-haired man in a pale peach dhoti and sacred thread stands beside a large copper cooking vessel with a lid. Stainless steel pots and pans sit on a rough concrete counter, and a gold-tinted dish simmers on a portable gas stove. A red gas cylinder rests on the right next to a steel bowl, and a lattice wall sits behind him.
