December 28 20142014-12-28Five saffron-robed men stand in a row in what appears to be a ritual setting. Several hold handfuls of yellow flower petals or grains in cupped palms, while a bald man in the foreground with his back to the camera extends his arm to offer petals toward them. Men wear orange-ochre shawls, rudraksha malas, and white tripundra forehead markings. A gold ceremonial object is visible at the right edge against a dark backdrop, and a projection screen is behind the group. The scene resembles a blessing or puja offering with flower petals.2013-05-20 +1 copiesThree men in saffron-orange sleeveless robes stand in a bright hall. The two on the left and right, with white horizontal vibhuti stripes across their foreheads and rudraksha malas around their necks, hold handfuls of cooked yellow rice with green herbs. The man on the right offers rice toward the bare shoulder of a shaved-headed young boy in orange in the centre, who faces away from the camera. Seated devotees in orange and red are visible at the lower edges, and a yellow banner hangs in the upper background. The scene looks like prasad being distributed during a ritual.2014-09-13December 20 20152015-12-20 +1 copiesSeptember 30 20162016-09-30A photograph of two shaved-headed men in saffron-red robes feeding each other from a bowl of yellow food. A shaved-headed man in the centre right, wearing thin-framed glasses, rudraksha malas, a saffron robe and a gold bangle, holds out a handful of the yellow food to a shaven-headed child who tilts his head up to receive it. Several other shaven-headed men wear white vertical tilak or sandalwood marks on their foreheads, orange and maroon robes and rudraksha malas; they hold more prasad in cupped hands. A few more people stand softly blurred in the background against a cream wall. The scene looks like a prasad distribution during a satsang or puja.2014-09-13A group of young saffron-robed monastics stand in a hall, several with shaved heads and white tilak marks, wearing rudraksha malas.
