A row of six men stands outdoors beneath green leafy trees, as if awaiting something. From left, the first wears a rust-red and gold-bordered dhoti with a matching shawl and rudraksha beads, his head shaved with white markings. Next, a man in saffron-orange robes wears a rudraksha mala and white forehead tilak. The third wears orange robes with a red-banded shawl and a white forehead mark. The fourth, shaved-headed with white tripundra markings and orange robes, wears rudraksha beads. The fifth has long swept-back hair, a red bindi and an orange-red wrap over bare shoulders, with rudraksha beads. The sixth, shaved-headed, wears white robes with gold borders and a dark rudraksha mala. A red-banded white-robed man stands at the far right with a red bindi and sacred thread, and a person in white shirt is partly visible at the edge.2014-06-19Group photograph of eight men in indoor white-walled setting, mostly shaved-headed, wearing rust-brown and orange dhotis with gold borders and shawls, many with rudraksha malas and white tripundra marks on foreheads. A woman in white salwar kameez stands at the far left edge. The men stand in a loose line, some with hands folded, one in the centre with hands together. Renunciate attire suggests sannyasi and monastic devotees. No candidate for a person is distinctively identifiable by appearance, so no identification is made.2014-03-15September 11 20152015-09-11 +1 copiesA photograph of five men walking barefoot across a courtyard inside a multi-storey building with white balconies and columns. On the right, a figure with long swept-back dark hair, gold-and-rudraksha ceremonial necklaces, a gold-bordered rust-coloured dhoti and a bare chest stands barefoot with hands on hips, smiling downward; the distinctive hair, ornate gold necklaces and adornments make this an appearance-based Swamiji (probable) candidate, shown in person. Beside him a shaved-headed priest in rust robes with gold borders and a white vertical tilak wears a gold and rudraksha garland and holds a small object. Left, a shaved-headed orange-robed monk with rudraksha mala and a young shaved-headed boy in orange with a rudraksha mala and orange sandals stand near a kneeling figure in maroon robes; a man in a pink shirt and grey trousers watches behind.2013-06-17March 15 20142014-03-15September 18 20132013-09-18
