A festival procession moves along a dirt road lined with a large crowd carrying saffron-orange flags on poles. At the centre, a red tractor pulls a decorated open cart draped with yellow, white and purple garlands; a multicoloured canopy with fringe sits above a figure seated on a raised platform at the front of the cart. Rows of red and orange flags line the background, and a roadside banner shows a smiling figure in an orange turban. Hindu ritual procession, palanquin, ratha.
