A saffron-robed figure with a shaved head stands on the raised platform, one arm raised high gripping a rope that runs up toward the pennant, a red-orange flag near the top. Two men in orange saffron clothing stand at right, one raising both arms to pull on an orange rope tied to the top of the pole, while a second man in orange at the lower right holds the rope.
