He wears layered brown rudraksha malas, a gold chain with a pendant, and a gold bangle. A white sacred thread crosses his bare chest. Behind him a blurred seated figure in white and a yellow-clad figure suggest a satsang hall. A pendant on his mala shows an orange-robed figure in a round frame. The single person is a devotee in prayer; no identity is asserted from appearance.2017-01-06February 02 20172017-02-02Photograph of devotees in prayer at a satsang gathering. In the foreground a man with swept-back white-grey hair and white vertical tilak on his forehead sits with palms pressed together in namaste, eyes closed, wearing layered rudraksha malas and a round pendant with a portrait. Beside him a bald man with glasses, wearing a white cloth over bare shoulders with white ash markings, also holds his hands in anjali. Blurred figures in orange and white clothing sit behind them in the hall, and a blurred warm light glows at left.2017-01-06A close photograph of a bald man with a red bindi and white horizontal vibhuti lines on his forehead and shoulders, kneeling with palms pressed together in anjali mudra and eyes closed. He wears layered rudraksha malas, a pendant necklace, a small earring and a gold bangle, and is bare-chested with a thin sacred thread over one shoulder. A woman with long dark hair is partly visible at left, and seated devotees in white clothing fill the blurred hall behind him, with framed artwork on the walls. The appearance is consistent with a person in a devotional posture, but his identity is uncertain from the image.2017-02-02 +1 copiesMay 13 20182018-05-13A bare-chested older man with grey hair and a shaved head bends forward, pressing his forehead to a seated figure's bare foot resting on a red velvet cushioned footstool with a silver-embossed base. The man wears white dhoti-style cloth, a gold armlet and a long mala of dark beads around his neck. The seated figure wears a rust-orange robe and is seated on an ornate silver throne. Behind them, a white and gold-bordered cloth hangs, and a silver lamp or vessel sits on the colourful woven floor mat. This is a foot-touching gesture of reverence, a padapuja-style act of devotion. The seated person's face is not visible, so no identity is asserted.2017-10-15
