The devotee has his hands folded near his chest. Behind them, a golden throne with a red cushion and a second orange-robed figure with flower garlands, possibly a deity murti or statue. Red and gold furnishings and a green foliage backdrop complete the setting. The blesser, who has long swept-back hair and a rudraksha mala with ornate adornments, appears to be a probable Swamiji in a blessing role. He extends his right hand to touch the forehead of a younger man in a white shirt and orange shawl, who stands with palms raised in reverence. Behind them stands a deity murti draped in yellow and red-striped garlands, with a red velvet seat in the foreground.
