August 17 20102010-08-17A collage of photographs of an outdoor shrine at a banyan tree. Multiple panels show a black stone murti of Lord Dakshinamurthy, a four-armed deity, draped in orange cloth with a red-and-yellow marigold garland and rudraksha mala, seated within a white arched stone frame. Other panels show the dense aerial roots and trunk of a large banyan tree, a red-painted base, and close-ups of the murti's face and hands. No physical people are visible; the figure shown is a statue, not a person.2010-07-08Two-panel photo collage.
