A photo of a seated ritual on a flower-decorated throne with a leopard-print seat. A man with long dreadlocks, white vibhuti on his forehead, a beard and a dark red-maroon robe sits and places his right hand on the bald head of a kneeling devotee in a white kurta-style garment with a rudraksha mala. The seated man wears a gold necklace; a bare-chested attendant with long hair, vibhuti and rudraksha malas stands at right in orange-red cloth, and another attendant in red sits behind. Garlands of red, yellow, purple and white flowers hang on the throne. The backdrop is a red and dark starry projection. This appears to be a blessing or initiation moment.2018-04-25December 26 20142014-12-26A photograph of a long-haired, bare-chested man in an orange-red shawl with rudraksha and gold necklaces, smiling as he presses a gold-coloured object to the forehead of a short-haired man in a white shirt with a rudraksha mala. Behind them, women in red and pink saris with rudraksha malas stand near large deity figures decorated with red and green garlands. The bare-chested man shows distinctive long dreadlocks and ornaments, so this is a person candidate in the in-person position. A woman in a green sari and red garland stands in the background. Several people in white and pink garments are visible in the crowd.2018-04-26 +1 copiesApril 25 20182018-04-25April 25 20182018-04-25 +1 copiesA photograph of a bearded man with long dreadlocked hair and a white vibhuti line on his forehead, seated on an ornate silver throne with a leopard-print cushion. He wears a long garland of white and pink flowers with red blossoms, a red mala bracelet, and an orange-brown robe, and he rests his right hand on the forehead of a kneeling man in a white shirt and orange-red shawl with folded hands. Two women in saffron-toned clothing sit at the right edge, and a pedestal fan and wall air conditioner are visible in the room.2018-05-19December 06 20162016-12-06 +1 copiesApril 25 20182018-04-25 +1 copiesApril 25 20182018-04-25A photograph of a ceremonial initiation moment inside a decorated hall with an ornate carved stone pillar at left and a leopard-print cushion on a seat. A man with long dark dreadlocks wrapped in a thick red braided headpiece, wearing a rust-red sleeveless garment with gold trim and a rudraksha mala, presses his palm onto the forehead of a kneeling man in a yellow-gold silk kurta with a rudraksha mala and a wristwatch. The kneeling man's palm is raised toward the viewer. Behind them, a woman in an orange-red sari stands, and another person in orange robes is partly visible at the right. Scene suggests a diksha-style blessing; the figure in red is a person by appearance cues: long dreadlocks, red headpiece, rudraksha mala and ornate red clothing.2018-04-30April 25 20182018-04-25October 24 20152015-10-24
