A tall flame rises from a rectangular fire pit at night, its base framed by yellow and white flower petals and a red-edged border on a dark stone platform. Behind the fire, dimly lit, a robed figure with a shaved head stands near a gold-rimmed brass vessel, and a second figure in white and maroon garments stands further back, adorned with beaded garlands. A ceremonial gold necklace and a small framed image are visible at right. The scene suggests a fire ritual, possibly a homa or yagna, with offerings and a ladle nearby.

A large fire blazes over a low altar or fire pit in the foreground, with sparks flying upward. Two shirtless male priests sit behind the flames in the background, one with a sacred mark on his forehead and white-beaded necklaces, the other with a beaded garland and a cloth draped over his shoulder. Their faces are blurred by the fire's glare. On the left edge, a garland of white and red flowers hangs near the frame, and at the right edge a red-and-pink textile is partly visible. The scene suggests a homa or yagna fire ritual in progress.
