Night photograph of a dark water tank with a black stone Nandi bull statue in the right foreground, its neck and chest draped in a multicoloured flower garland of red, yellow, purple and cream blossoms. Across the water, a brightly lit illuminated arch with coloured lights stands on a small red-draped platform or boat, reflecting on the surface. Two small figures appear beside the lit arch, too distant to identify, and no clear a person candidate is visible. The scene suggests a temple tank illuminated for a night event.
