Interior of a Kerala temple hall with grey stone floor tiles and wooden pillars. In the foreground, a blue tarpaulin holds offering arrangements: brass vessels filled with raw rice and yellow flowers or turmeric, woven baskets of grains, a red-tinged basket, and white rice-filled sacks. Scattered petals lie on the floor. Several people in white dhotis and mundu, one woman in a white sari, and a woman in a red-and-patterned sari walk around in the background near blue cabinets and a metal stand. The scene is a temple offering setup with devotees moving through the hall.

Many round metal plates hold rice, lentils, fried snacks, sliced vegetables, a dark green pumpkin, red pomegranates, a bunch of green bananas, and a plate of yellow turmeric or spice powder, set on a white marble floor in front of a patterned red and gold carpet. Behind the arrangement a gold-coloured carved wall and a golden deity murti's feet are visible. No people are visible.

Dozens of brass bowls filled with assorted foods are arranged in rows on a red, green and striped woven cloth spread on the floor. The bowls hold savoury snacks, sweets shaped as balls, grains, lentils, dried fruit, and sprinkled rose petals and red flowers. The lower left corner shows part of a person's bare feet in orange-red clothing. No people are clearly visible beyond the feet.

A photograph of a ritual offering setup on a colourful striped woven mat in a dim interior. Dozens of small brass bowls are arranged in a large triangular pattern filled with grains, seeds, dried leaves, powders and small stones, with a red-powder bowl at the lower left. Trays of dried twigs, white shell-like pieces and yellow grains sit at the left edge, and a wooden stand holds metal vessels and a brass lamp. A figure in orange robes is seated behind the arrangement, with a white-clothed person partly visible at the top left. A rock wall glows warm at the left, and a small clear-glass lamp sits on the floor. Such arrangements suggest a homa or tharpanam offering.

Dozens of disposable paper plates each hold a different dish: grains, lentils, pulses, cooked rice preparations, vegetables, dried fruit and sweets, many set on green banana leaves. Bananas hang in a bunch at the upper left beside a kalasha-like container and a red cloth. A woven basket of red fruit sits at the left edge. No people are visible in the frame.
