July 21 20142014-07-21A seated man in saffron-orange robes and a gold necklace of beads sits on a golden throne with lion-form arms, a peacock-feather fan at left. He has a tilak on his forehead and long swept-back hair. He reaches out and rests his hand on the head of a kneeling woman with short hair, who wears an orange shawl and white top and holds her palms together in namaskar. A tall silver staff with a black cobra coiled around it stands beside them, and red curtains hang behind. Two people are visible, one partially at the lower right in orange clothing. Figure appearance suggests a person in a seated blessing role, but identity is uncertain.2014-07-25A photograph of a darshan moment on a stage. A seated figure in a rust-orange robe and a long rudraksha mala with a white forehead marking places a hand on the forehead of an older woman in a teal blouse and green-and-lavender sari, with a lanyard and an orange-beaded necklace. The woman bows slightly and smiles. Beside them stand a golden lion figure and a peacock feather, with a maroon drape and a golden backdrop behind. The a person depiction cues (rudraksha mala, orange robe, sitting on stage) are present, so the seated figure is a probable match, though the face is not used for identification.2014-09-14July 21 20142014-07-21August 01 20142014-08-01September 14 20152015-09-14A seated figure in orange-red robes with a gold necklace and gold earrings places a hand on the head of a man bending forward in a white shirt, his hands clasped with a fruit or offering. Behind them, women in white, orange and rudraksha malas stand watching, and a silver ceremonial staff and a gold vessel are visible in the foreground. The setting is a red-draped tent with a devotional atmosphere. The seated figure's appearance does not clearly establish a specific identity, so no name is given. Nearby people wear white and orange garments.2014-07-20 +1 copiesMay 01 20142014-05-01September 14 20152015-09-14A photograph of a padapuja-style blessing at a gold-trimmed throne canopy with orange fringe. A man in a maroon-red robe with a long brown beaded mala and a bare shoulder places his right hand on the forehead of a kneeling devotee in a white kurta and red shawl, whose palms are pressed together in namaskar. Behind them, other devotees in white and red clothing sit and stand, and a woman in a red garment appears in the background. The ornate golden throne and the placement of the hand on the head suggest a darshan blessing. Appearance-based candidate: the robed figure with a long hair knot, mala and ceremonial adornment is a person, but the identification is uncertain.2013-12-20July 21 20142014-07-21A photograph of a ritual blessing in a temple-like hall with gold-ornamented thrones. On the left, a man with swept-back dark hair and a red-orange saffron garment bows forward with folded hands, wearing gold necklaces, bangles and a rudraksha headband. On the right, a bald, bare-chested elder seated on a golden throne places his hand on the bowing man's forehead, wearing a rudraksha mala and white ash markings on his forehead and chest. Behind them, an attendant stands near a gold pillar and a red cloth hangs in the background.2012-05-14 +1 copies
