Several women in bright yellow, orange, red and green saris stand in a loose group, some holding small papers, while a man in a white shirt and white dhoti gestures toward them. Men in saffron-yellow and white dhotis, some bare-chested with yellow shawls, stand nearby. A thatched palm-leaf shelter and a whitewashed board with Tamil text are behind them, and a leafy tree shades the scene.2006-10-26Outdoor photo at a book and DVD stall under palm trees during a procession event, dated 28 10 2006 in red digits at the upper right. A young man in a white shirt with a rudraksha mala and orange-trimmed rosette stands at the centre, handing items to a customer. Several men in white shirts and white dhotis stand around a red-draped table stacked with bound books and a small device; one man in white at the table handles books. A handwritten orange sign and a yellow sign reading BILL hang on the back wall. The man in orange has long dark hair and a visible strand of rudraksha beads, and the figure is a probable candidate for a person based on the saffron turban, orange robe and rudraksha mala. Several other men are visible in the background.October 28 20062006-10-28Outdoor photo of a crowd on a roadside during a procession, with a red and orange canopy with tassels overhead and orange flags visible. Beside him a monk in orange robes and a woman in orange shawl face each other. Men in white shirts and white dhotis, some wearing orange shawls, stand around them, with a man in a light green shirt at right holding up his hand. Printed banners with portrait images are behind the crowd.2009-01-21Outdoor photograph on a sandy ground with a low brick border and trees behind.
