In the foreground, several women in saffron-orange sarees wear rudraksha malas; one carries a clay oil lamp with a lit flame, another holds a small lamp in both hands. Behind them, women in white sarees stand with palms pressed together in prayer, and a woman in a blue saree stands nearby. A long mat runs down the centre path, lined with lamps.
