A construction site on bare reddish-brown earth. Steel roof trusses in dark grey frame an open walkway, and the trusses rise above stacks of concrete blocks and piles of sand and rubble. Behind them, a low orange-walled building with a corrugated roof sits beside a dirt yard. Green trees and a utility pole stand on the horizon under an overcast sky. No people are visible.

A construction site at an ashram with bare red-brown earth. A steel roof frame of lattice trusses spans the open area overhead. Partially built breeze-block walls, one with a crenellated top, surround the ground, with stacked concrete blocks, heaps of sand and rubble, a wooden ladder and loose steel channels in the foreground. In the middle distance a covered structure with blue and white tarpaulin sides is visible, with a few small distant figures near it. No identifiable person is clearly visible in front of the camera. Trees and an overcast sky lie beyond the site.

A construction site with a steel truss roof frame of dark grey beams and vertical posts being erected over a courtyard. Piles of sand sit on the ground in the foreground, with wooden poles leaning against the frame. Behind it are unfinished grey concrete block walls with window openings, and a red-painted building stands at the right with a red roof and a grid-patterned window. Tall lattice cranes arms extend across the blue sky at the top of the frame. No people are visible.

Outdoor construction site showing a steel roof frame being erected over partially built concrete block walls. Long galvanized steel purlins span across lattice steel trusses supported by tall lattice columns. Piles of gravel, loose soil and scattered concrete blocks lie on the ground. An existing building with a green corrugated roof and orange-painted walls stands to the left, and two small figures in white clothing are visible near it. Overcast sky above.

Aadheenam Construction 2009

A construction site showing steel frame structures under erection on dry, bare earth. Tall grey steel posts and horizontal beams form open-sided frames in the foreground, with a heap of pale gravel or sand on the left. Behind them, orange-red corrugated metal sheeting and blue tarpaulin cover parts of other frames. A tall red boundary wall with a concrete pillar runs along the right side, with a hose lying along it. The sky is pale blue with thin clouds. No people are visible.

A construction site in progress on bare reddish-brown earth. Concrete block walls rise in a long row, with steel roof trusses and columns above them forming an open framework. Piles of gravel, stones and sand lie around the site, and a red-and-white barrier tape runs along the foreground. Behind the framework, an existing building with a green corrugated roof and red walls stands among trees under an overcast sky. No people are visible.

A photograph of an outdoor construction site where a large steel truss frame is rising over partly built concrete block walls. Workers in work clothes stand among piles of reddish-brown earth, a cement mixer sits near the blocks, and scaffolding is visible at the left. Orange-roofed buildings and a half-built structure appear in the background under an overcast sky. Two workers are visible in the scene, one on the left near the walls and one at the right.
