He is heavily surrounded by loose red, pink, yellow and white flowers piled across his chest and lap, while a bright floral arch of yellow, white and purple blossoms frames him behind a gilded seat.2010-01-01A smiling man seated on a red velvet throne, wearing a beige turban with a green-and-gold jeweled ornament and a red tilak on his forehead. He wears a thick red rose garland edged with yellow marigolds over a green-striped garment, with a rudraksha mala and gold-set ornaments across his chest. Behind him is a large floral arch of red roses, yellow marigolds, white jasmine and purple flowers framing a white flower-covered niche. The turban, jeweled ornament, garlands and throne suggest a ceremonial honouring, but the appearance does not clearly establish a specific identity, so this is a seated devotee-or-honoured-guest role with uncertain identity.2011-12-13December 12 20112011-12-12December 13 20112011-12-13A man with long swept-back dark hair sits on a decorated ceremonial chariot under a canopy of colourful tassels in pink, yellow, red and green. He wears a green sleeveless wrap over a bare upper body, white and red flower garlands, a gold-beaded necklace and a red bindi. Golden bell-shaped finials hang beside him, with marigold and white jasmine garlands draped on the chariot pillars. Swamiji (probable) is seated in a procession chariot, smiling, with the cues of long hair, ornate gold necklace and garlands. Trees blur in the background.2010-12-20 +1 copies
