A temple abhishekam at a stone shrine: a man in saffron robes pours water from a brass pot over a black lingam set on a dark stone yoni base, before a pair of painted deity murtis wearing garlands and gold-trimmed clothing. A standing attendant in white dhoti with a yellow shawl watches on the left, and another attendant in white bends over a brass vessel near the base. Brass oil lamp stands, a small gold pyramid-shaped object, and petals float in the water. On the right, a white and orange seated sage statue with a rudraksha mala sits beside a small red-clad figure. Red curtains frame the open pavilion with carved pillars and green trees behind.2008-04-07A photograph of an outdoor temple shrine with a stone arch and garlands of yellow, red and white flowers around a pair of large deity murtis, one with an orange turban and the other in gold and green dress. A priest in a saffron-orange robe pours liquid from a golden vessel over a black stone abhishekam basin in front of the deities, while a second priest in white dhoti and shawl stands at the left with a brass pot. Brass oil lamps stand on the wet floor, and a small saffron-clad seated figure sits at the right beside a small gold throne and miniature shrine. Red curtains hang at the sides and trees fill the background. The scene shows abhishekam being performed at the temple.2008-04-07 +2 copiesMarch 19 20082008-03-19 +1 copiesA temple shrine with carved stone pillars and a gilded arch frames a pair of deity murtis, a male and female form, draped in marigold garlands and strings of flowers. Red curtains hang at the sides.2008-03-23A shrine scene in which a man in a white dhoti and shawl with red-and-green borders stands with his back to the camera, raising a brass lamp (aarti) toward a group of deity murtis. The central figure wears a red-orange turban, a large gold crown, a multi-strand bead mala and a red-and-gold garment, with fresh flower garlands in yellow and magenta draped across the murti. Flanking figures wear red, orange and dark clothing, and a brass kalasha-style lamp and bell rest on the stone platform. The arched golden frame and grey stone pillars surround the shrine. No a person candidate is visible; the only person is the priest performing aarti.2014-07-11April 07 20082008-04-07 +3 copiesApril 07 20082008-04-07 +2 copiesPhoto inside an open stone temple pavilion with carved pillars and red curtains.
