Annadhan in 2014

Indoor photo of a seated man in a golden ornate throne with a red cushioned seat, wearing a red-orange turban with a gold ornament, a red-orange robe and a beaded necklace, smiling. Before him a white cloth holds oranges that people are handing over. Around him stand devotees: one in a white kurta and white cap, one in a white shawl and white cap, a man in an orange robe, and a man in a dark jacket reaching in from the right, with a man in a dark knit cap at left. Gold carved backrest and recessed ceiling lights complete the room. Swamiji (probable): the seated figure has a red-orange turban, red-orange robe and beaded necklace seated on a golden throne, a probable identification from these cues.

A seated figure in an orange-red saffron robe and matching red turban sits cross-legged on an ornate gold throne with a carved gold back and red cushions, a rudraksha-style beaded mala and a large garland around the neck, eyes closed, hands resting open on the armrests. Two men in white shirts and white dhotis stand nearby: one at left bends forward toward the throne, the other at right, with palms pressed together in namaste, is accompanied by a younger man in white. Red curtains, a gold lamp stand and a gold chariot-like carved panel frame the scene on a red-carpeted stage. Several people in white attire attend the seated figure, consistent with a devotional gathering.

A photograph of an indoor ashram setting where a seated man in saffron-orange and red robes, wearing long swept-back hair, a rudraksha mala and gold necklaces, sits on an ornate gold-and-red throne with a tiger-striped cloth and smiles while holding a brass tray of fruit. Standing and kneeling devotees surround him: an older man in white with a saffron shawl and flower garland kneels, a woman in a red bandhani sari with a yellow garland kneels and reaches toward the tray, a woman in a green sari raises a hand to her forehead, a shaved-headed man in orange robes with beads wears a rudraksha mala, and another woman in orange stands behind. A white wall and a small framed picture are in the background.

A photograph inside a white-draped tent at a seated gathering. A figure in a red-orange turban and orange-trimmed robe stands beside a large brown leather throne-style armchair, reaching toward a tray of white flowers and offerings. Around them, many seated people in orange, red and white clothing face the centre; a man in white with a grey beard, a woman with dark hair, and an older man in orange and white sit nearby on red-and-gold chairs. The figure in the turban resembles Swamiji (probable) by a red turban, orange robe and ornate gold necklace, shown as a standing presenter beside the throne rather than seated on it.

A seated man in saffron-orange robes and a gold necklace sits on a large ornate gold throne in front of a white statue of deities. He smiles and reaches out with his hand toward an older man in a beige sweater with an orange shawl, who extends his hands in reverence. A young woman in an orange sari holds a silver tray of offerings beside the throne, and another woman in a patterned sari stands at left. A brass bowl and a brass tray sit on a draped table in the foreground. Red-walled display panels with photographs surround the scene.

A seated man in an orange-red turban, orange-saffron robes and layered rudraksha malas and ornate gold-beaded necklaces sits on a gold-carved throne with lion-form armrests, smiling and raising one hand toward a man in a white kurta with orange shawl who bends forward offering a plate of fruit and sweets. A silver trident stands beside the throne. Behind, a bald man in saffron robes and beads stands, and a woman in red and a man in a red shawl look on. Golden marigold garlands lie at the base of the throne and the seated devotees in the foreground form a dense crowd. The seated figure matches the Swamiji (probable) cues of turban, saffron robes, rudraksha malas and ornate necklaces, and is receiving darshan and offerings as the presiding figure.
