November 20 20112011-11-20A seated man in an orange-brown saffron dhoti and shawl with a red and white flower garland and rudraksha mala sits on a chair while his bare feet rest on a brass plate. A woman in white with gold bangles and a man in white dhoti sprinkle white flower petals onto the plate, and a man in white kneels nearby. Behind, a priest in orange robes with a mala and forehead tilak smiles, a young man in white stands with a white mala, and a seated older man in white with a red tilak watches. A standing fan and a pink cabinet appear in the room. The seated figure has distinctive long swept-back hair, saffron clothing and rudraksha beads, so the appearance-based label Swamiji (probable) applies, shown as the central person receiving foot-washing and flower offerings in a padapuja.2014-07-02 +1 copiesDecember 14 20062006-12-14A woman in a white sari with a blue and cream border stands center stage holding a handheld microphone and speaking to a seated audience of women and girls in white.
