A seated man in a white collared shirt and dark grey trousers sits on a red-and-white striped mat in a bright hall with glass floors, facing a bald man in a white t-shirt who kneels and leans toward him. Metal stanchions with rope barriers, black chairs and purple yoga mats fill the background, and a person in blue sits at the right edge. In the foreground a young man with a shaved head, rectangular glasses, a white vertical forehead mark, and a dark mala with a blue lanyard sits cross-legged in white clothes with hands folded, eyes closed in meditation. Around him, other people in white kurtas sit with bare feet, and children in red, teal and orange clothing are visible, along with a man in white with a mala at right. Partially visible heads in the background suggest a larger crowd.
