A photograph of a large outdoor ceremonial stepped amphitheatre with red-painted tiers lined with rows of grey stone murti statues of seated figures. Red flags on tall poles line the steps and railings. A larger grey deity murti stands at the upper centre near a red-brick building. On the left, a person in an orange robe sits near rows of small lamps, and on the right several people in white and red-and-white clothing sit among the statues. Trees and a black water tank appear behind the building.2016-12-03July 22 20132013-07-22July 22 20132013-07-22Wide view of an outdoor sacred site with rows of black stone Shiva lingams on square pedestals in the foreground, arranged along stepped tiers. Red flags on tall poles line the terraces. Behind them a rectangular water tank holds a large black lingam on a raised platform, with rows of red seating steps and a brick wall beyond. A multi-storey red building stands at left under a clear sky. No people are visible.2016-11-18Outdoor photograph of a multi-tiered red stone stepped platform lined with rows of black stone shivalinga-style abhishekam vessels, each topped with a small brass pot. Many people, mostly women and girls in saffron, orange, pink and green saris and salwar, sit on the steps holding long brass or wooden implements, performing a ritual abhishekam-style puja. A white-clad older man sits near the centre front, and a girl in a blue sari stands at the upper right. A red-and-white flag and a fence are behind, with green foliage at left.2016-12-23Photograph of a large outdoor Shiva temple water tank at dusk, with a tall black Shivalinga rising from a square platform in the centre of a still green-brown pool. Rows of smaller black lingams line the stepped stone embankments surrounding the water on the near side, and red-tiered seating stretches behind the tank beneath a tree at the left edge. A few distant figures in white and light clothing stand on the steps and walkways, and a red multi-storey building fills the background. The scene reflects the lingam in the water.2013-11-04November 04 20132013-11-04February 23 20112011-02-23June 05 20132013-06-05January 13 20152015-01-13November 18 20162016-11-18June 05 20132013-06-05
