Photograph of a large outdoor abhishekam at a tiered red-brick terrace filled with rows of black Shivalingams on round yoni-pitha bases. Several men in shirts and dhotis pour water and milk from brass pots over the lingams with brass kalashas nearby. A person in white clothing stands at the far right edge, and a brass lota and flower offerings sit on the steps. A metal railing and a water channel run along the left side. The water of the tank lies to the right behind a metal railing.2016-03-07Rows of black stone Shiva lingams with yoni bases are arranged on tiered red brick steps in bright sunlight. Brass pots and small brass vessels sit beside some lingams. Behind them a metal railing is hung with red and yellow cloth draping. No people are visible, and the many lingams suggest a large ritual arrangement or abhishekam setup.2015-01-13Photograph of many young boys in red robes seated on tiered red stone steps lined with black Shiva lingams and yoni bases, performing a Rudrabhishekam-style ritual.
