A dimly lit photograph of a man in an orange-red turban and matching orange-red shawl, his hands pressed together in namaste near a glass vessel holding green leafy sprigs. Behind him, a second man in a light blue button-up shirt stands in the shadows beside a string of warm orange lights along the left edge. The scene feels like a quiet devotional moment in a dark room, with the focus on the folded hands and the leafy offering.

27 ஏப்ரல் 2008 உலகளாவிய இந்து சமுதாயங்கள் +1 copiesA photograph of a man in a saffron-orange turban and sleeveless saffron-orange garment with long dark curly hair and yellow earrings, his palms pressed together in a namaskar-like gesture beside a silver kalasha-style vessel holding green mango leaves and a coconut. Two men in white shirts stand behind him, one on the left and one on the right with a red tilak on his forehead, and a hand is raised in the immediate foreground on the left. Warm lights line the dark stone wall, with Kannada script visible on a board overhead. The man in orange has distinctive long hair and saffron clothing; the appearance cues are consistent with a person in a temple setting, but the image does not confirm that identity.2010-09-04A photograph inside a dim stone shrine. A man with long, dark, wavy hair and an orange turban, wearing a sleeveless orange garment, leans forward with palms pressed together in namaskar before a silver vessel holding green leaves. Behind him stands a man in a white shirt, and a strand of orange string lights runs along the grey stone wall. A black slab with Kannada inscription is mounted above, and flower garlands hang at the left edge.2010-09-04September 04 20102010-09-04 +1 copiesNovember 18 20152015-11-18September 04 20102010-09-04 +1 copiesJuly 27 20082008-07-27October 18 20152015-10-18Close profile photograph of a man with palms pressed together in anjali mudra, a namaste greeting. He wears a bright orange turban and orange robes, with a dark red tilak mark on his forehead and a rudraksha mala with large brown beads around his neck. His eyes are lowered and he smiles softly. A pale blue backdrop fills the right side.2010-08-30July 27 20082008-07-27A photograph of a procession in a crowd. At the centre, a smiling man in an orange turban and orange robe, with a red and pink flower garland around his neck and a gold necklace, stands with palms pressed together in namaste while people press close around him. Behind him a green palm-leaf canopy hangs from above, and drummers in maroon and magenta shirts play drums and sticks. Several people in white and dark clothing surround him, many with bowed heads, and a bare-chested man with a tilak is visible nearby. The orange and white clothing, flower garlands and drums suggest a festive ceremonial gathering.2009-11-30December 31 20092009-12-31
