A photograph of a large seated group of men in white clothing performing a hand-to-face breathing practice with eyes closed. Most wear plain white kurtas or white shirts, one wears an orange top, and several wear small name badges on lanyards. They sit cross-legged on colourful striped mats and blue mats in a hall with a dim, warm background. Some hold fingers to one nostril or to the forehead, and others rest hands on their faces in a meditation or pranayama posture. Tall, shaved-head men dominate the foreground. Water bottles sit on the floor near the mats. No a person candidate is clearly identifiable from appearance, so the figures are described by role and posture only.
