A large outdoor procession moves through a crowd under an overcast sky with tall green trees behind. Two colourful ceremonial parasol-style canopies on long poles are carried above the crowd, decorated with red, blue, yellow and orange panels and a bird-emblem motif, with tassels hanging from their rims. Blue tarpaulin awnings line the path. Many men in white shirts and white dhotis walk closely together, and a man in an orange-saffron turban and orange garment stands near the centre, with hands raised. A cameraman with a video camera films from the lower left. Children and onlookers fill the background, and people stand on a distant hillside. A purple bird logo sits in the upper left corner.
