He holds a red-cushioned armrest and looks to the side. Before him on a golden tray are steel plates of flowers, fruit and offerings. A white-robed priest with a bare chest and white vibhuti marks kneels beside them. Two women in saffron and cream saris sit with folded hands, one in prayer. Red satin drapes and a flower arrangement form the backdrop.2012-09-09A seated man in an orange saffron robe and a rudraksha mala sits eyes-closed with hands folded on a richly carved gold throne with red cushions, in front of a painted temple backdrop with pillars and a deity image. Around him, devotees in white traditional dress with yellow sashes sit on the floor with palms joined in prayer, some with shaved heads, near brass vessels and lamps on the foreground. The seated figure's appearance and distinctive robe and mala cues are consistent with a person presiding over a satsang, though this is an appearance-based label only. A gold-trimmed side table holds fruit and offerings.2010-10-22 +2 copiesFebruary 07 20102010-02-07
