Close photo of a ritual offering being prepared on a large polished gold tray. Several hands reach in from the frame, one holding white flower petals and another arranging red and orange roses, marigolds and white blossoms around a small gold kalasha-like vessel and a red-beaded thread. A bangled wrist and a child's bare foot in a green and gold silk skirt appear at left, and a person in orange-red garments at top. Polished silver bowls and dishes surround the tray. No face of any person is visible, and no clearly identifiable a person figure appears in frame.2011-10-05November 26 20112011-11-26Close photograph of a puja offering table with a polished gold tray holding red and orange flowers, white petals, a small brass cup and a red apple in silver bowls. A woman in a teal top has her hand reaching over the tray, while a second pair of hands with bangles and a gold ring holds the offering, and a bare foot in a green-bordered sari stands at the right edge. Part of a white-clad figure with folded hands appears at the top, and a folded white card sits among the offerings.2011-10-05November 27 20112011-11-27Close-up photo of a padapuja ritual. In the left foreground, bare feet in an orange-saffron garment rest on a large ornate gilded tray. A man in a gold-beige silk kurta with a patterned shawl leans in and places a white flower or offering on the tray among red and orange roses and marigolds. Beside him, a silver platter holds sliced fruit, red petals and a small pot. Gilded ornamentation fills the tray. The orange-clad figure's identity cannot be confirmed from appearance, so no a person candidate is asserted.2011-11-05Close-up photograph of a padapuja ritual. In the foreground, bare feet in orange saffron robes rest on a large ornate gold tray. A man in a cream-gold silk kurta with embroidered trim leans in from the upper centre, placing red and orange flowers and a small brass cup on the gold tray. Behind him is a silver thali holding red flower petals, a coconut and a red fruit. A dark blurred figure is at the lower right. The gold tray is decorated with a raised floral pattern.2011-11-05August 18 20132013-08-18September 21 20112011-09-21Close photograph of a padapuja, a foot-worship ritual. A woman in a pale green sari with a beaded bracelet and a ring pours water from a small silver vessel over a pair of bare feet resting on a gold-coloured tray. Red and pink flowers, white jasmine-style blossoms and a red sweet in a silver bowl surround the tray. Another person's hand holds a silver spoon at the lower right, and a partially visible figure with dark hair sits at the right edge. Only the feet, hands and hair of the people are visible. The water flowing from the vessel and the offerings sit on the golden plate.2011-10-22Close-up photograph of hands working over ornate silver and gold ritual trays during a puja. A woman's bare arm, with silver bangles, holds a pink lotus flower above a silver bowl of white flowers and yellow turmeric or kumkum. Another hand in the frame reaches toward a small silver vessel, and a person in orange robes is partly visible at the top, seated behind the trays. A dark-haired head appears at the right edge. The shallow focus leaves the background soft, with more gold trays and offerings beyond. The scene suggests offerings being prepared for a ritual.2010-10-30Close-up photograph of a puja offering: several hands hold and scatter pink and red rose petals over a large ornate gold tray and silver bowls filled with red and orange flowers, small golden lamps, and sweets. Behind, a figure in saffron-orange robes wears a garland of yellow, pink, white and purple flowers, and a person in white sleeves reaches in from the lower left.
