A central man with long dark hair, wearing an orange saffron robe and walking barefoot down red-and-white steps, is shielded by a red and orange umbrella held by an attendant. On the left a man in orange robes carries an ornate embroidered ceremonial standard, and on the right a man in orange robes holds a red tray with a small figure garlanded with white flowers. Several attendants in white dhotis and orange shawls stand behind, along with a person in white holding a flower offering. Potted plants with white flowers line the steps.2008-08-07August 23 20112011-08-23September 02 20102010-09-02October 07 20102010-10-07July 17 20112011-07-17February 28 20132013-02-28September 02 20112011-09-02A figure in a flowing orange-saffron robe with long dark hair stands beside a tall copper dhvajastambha flagstaff, one arm raised high to the pole, holding a long bamboo pole that angles up toward the flag line. Marigold garlands are draped on the copper column and its base. Behind them, a second man in white dhoti and shawl with a sacred thread stands near the pole. The copper flagstaff rests on an orange stepped plinth with a black plaque reading that the dhvajastambha is offered with pranams by Sri Ananda Kameshа. An orange-walled temple beyond has a sign reading Sri Anandeshwara Temple, and white-clad devotees stand in the courtyard. A steel-framed corrugated roof shades the scene.2010-09-02
