The lingam wears an orange and gold striped cloth, a green leafy garland, red rose garlands, yellow marigold garlands and purple flowers, a gold and diamond band, and a gold necklace. Gold repoussé panels frame the scene and a blue and gold embroidered cloth hangs at right. This is a deity murti, not a person, so no physical people are present.2010-08-28A temple sanctum shows a large deity murti of Shiva, adorned with a purple and gold garment, gold ornaments, a five-hooded serpent hood above the head, and a gold crown or headdress. Thick garlands of marigolds and white flowers in orange, yellow, red and green drape the murti and the surrounding figures. Beside it stands a smaller standing figure of a sage in a brown robe with folded hands and a white garland. In the foreground are gold lion-shaped pedestals, small gold shrines and brass oil lamps on a stone floor. No living people are visible in the frame.2016-12-17December 17 20162016-12-17December 28 20082008-12-28January 04 20172017-01-04 +1 copiesJanuary 13 20152015-01-13December 23 20162016-12-23
