Steel roof trusses and posts are being erected; several workers stand on the steel frame and on the ground, one in a white shirt and dhoti on top of the frame, another in a dark shirt on the frame, and others in lungis and shirts handling ropes and sand piles. A long bamboo pole leans against a steel post in the foreground, and a boy in a checked lungi on the left gestures. No a person candidate is visible, so this is a plain site scene.2007-03-15A construction site on flat dry ground lined with tall coconut palms. In the foreground a worker in an orange knit cap and a striped shirt leans over a concrete slab, hammering, while a man in a white shirt sits on the slab beside him. Another seated worker in pink lies at lower left. Behind them stacked metal pipes, steel roof trusses, a small truck, scattered stones and a blue tarpaulin fill the reddish earth. A few distant figures move between the posts.2006-12-19
