Gold filigree carved panels and an orange silk drape frame the scene. The figure is not a physical person, so no one is present in the scene.2016-12-23January 09 20182018-01-09September 01 20172017-09-01 +1 copiesSeptember 09 20162016-09-09February 24 20172017-02-24A man seated on an ornate gold throne (peetha) decorated with a dense garland arch of red roses, white flowers, purple blooms and yellow marigolds. He wears an orange-red turban, an orange-saffron robe with a gold-bordered dhoti-style lower garment, a heavy gold necklace and multiple garlands, bangles, and a headset microphone. His right hand is raised near his temple in a gesture of blessing while he smiles. Brass oil lamps (lamps) flank the throne, and a gold swan figure sits on each side. The setting suggests a satsang stage at an ashram.2013-01-01
