Several women wear rudraksha malas, and one woman in the front centre wears a white top with a pendant. A woman in the right foreground wears an orange top and glasses. A small child in red sits at the right edge. Nobody in the scene is clearly identified as a person, and no figure matches a presiding teacher. The setting has metal railings and a red-carpeted stage area behind the audience.2013-03-13Photograph of a group of participants in white clothing on a dirt ground beneath large banyan tree roots, during a guided ashram tour. Several people wear white kurtas, white dhotis or pants and white shawls, with orange lanyards and identity badges around their necks. A man in front has a white vertical tilak on his forehead and rudraksha-style beads on his neck. A man in a white t-shirt and dark trousers stands at right facing the group, apparently guiding them, while a woman sits on the ground at far right. Most wear white clothing: a man in white kurta and dhoti at left, a woman in white salwar at centre, and several men in white shirts. A woman at right wears a red and gold saree and a shoulder bag, and another woman in an orange-and-white outfit stands among the group. Garlands of marigolds hang from the entrance arch, and an orange cloth draped near the steps. Marigold petals lie on the step ledge below.2009-12-23Outdoor photo of a group of devotees in white traditional clothes standing on red-tiled steps, many raising their open hands in a gesture of devotion. A man in the centre wears a white kurta with a rudraksha mala and faces away, arms raised, toward the group. Behind them, banana plant stalks, strings of leaves and tall white poles frame the scene under an overcast sky. In the lower left, a shaved-headed young boy in an orange cloth and beaded mala sits with his hands folded. A drum rim is visible at the left edge. Several people wear white dhotis and sarees with gold borders, and a few wear glasses. The setting suggests a satsang or ritual gathering.2013-07-22Photograph of a group of devotees standing in a row with palms pressed together in namaste inside a plain whitewashed hall with a concrete floor. The people on the left wear white kurta-style clothing and rudraksha malas; the man at far left has short curly grey hair and glasses, and a younger man beside him has long light-brown hair. Several women in white salwar-style clothing stand with hands joined, some wearing red-and-gold bangles. Behind them, hanging cloths in red, brown and orange and a yellow banner decorate the wall. At right, a man in white clothes with an orange shawl stands by an open wooden door. Such a satsang-style gathering suggests a session with delegates.2008-07-16February 24 20072007-02-24A crowd of devotees seated closely together in white clothing with red-orange shawls draped over their shoulders, many wearing red and white lanyards and rudraksha-style beaded malas. Foreground women have eyes closed or gazing forward in meditation, one with folded hands, and a young boy sits beside them. Behind them, more seated participants in white and red-orange, a man in a white shirt with his hands in a mudra-like posture, and a bald man in white. Warm lamp-lit setting suggests a satsang or meditation session. Many wear orange-red lanyards with ID badges. A man in the foreground in a white shirt raises one hand while walking, and a woman in a peach-coloured sari carries an orange-red shawl. The atmosphere is that of an organised ashram or event procession. No individual is identified as a person from appearance, so no candidate is flagged.2016-09-26
