A man in a saffron-orange dhoti and matching shawl, with a long rudraksha-style bead necklace and swept-back hair, reaches forward to adorn a large golden deity murti. The murti wears an ornate jewelled crown and gold jewellery, with red and green garlands draped across its shoulders and a golden staff held in its hand. Gold-embroidered draperies and a carved gilded arch form the backdrop. The scene is lit warmly, with gold and red tones dominating.2011-12-28December 28 20112011-12-28December 30 20092009-12-30March 02 20112011-03-02March 07 20132013-03-07A man in a saffron-orange robe and a rudraksha-bead-style gold necklace stands at left, both arms raised to adjust or place a jeweled crown on a metal deity murti. The murti is draped with red and green flower garlands, a yellow flower is tucked near its crown, and it sits before a gold-threaded orange backdrop. A ceremonial staff with a golden finial and a trident-like ritual object stand on the right. The setting appears to be a stone temple with carved ornamentation. One person is visible in the scene.2011-12-28A photograph of a priest in an orange-red dhoti and a yellow and red flower garland decorating two gilded deity murtis draped in flowers. The priest, seen from behind, reaches to adjust ornaments on the figures. The nearer murti wears a green and gold embellished garment, a jewelled crown, and a large orange flower garland, with rose and white blossoms surrounding them. Behind them stands a gilded metal backdrop with ornate relief work. The scene suggests a temple decoration ritual.2015-01-09Photo of a ritual at a temple shrine. A figure in orange saffron robes and a white flower garland, with long dark hair, stands at the right side, reaching toward the forehead of a deity murti. Two ornately decorated deity murtis sit side by side on a gilded throne-like seat with an arched golden frame, draped in orange cloth and dense garlands of yellow, red, purple and white flowers. The murti on the right wears a silver crown, red garments and silver jewelry. A golden plate is held by a bare-chested attendant at left, and another attendant in white dhoti with white markings on the body is partly visible.2011-12-11March 07 20132013-03-07November 29 20112011-11-29A photograph of a temple shrine where a figure with long, swept-back dark hair in a saffron-orange dhoti and matching shawl is decorating a seated deity murti with garlands. The murti is draped in red, white and yellow flower garlands and wears ornate silver jewellery. Brass oil lamps burn at the base of the shrine, and a gold-framed arch and garlanded figures stand beside it. The figure has distinctive long hair, saffron clothing and a rudraksha-style necklace, consistent with the Swamiji appearance cues, so this is a probable appearance-based label rather than a confirmed identity. The visible activity suggests padapuja-style worship at a shrine.2011-11-29A temple ritual scene with a standing man in an orange saffron robe and a long beaded yellow-gold necklace, holding a red flower and offering, beside a golden-framed shrine. A gilded deity murti with a crowned headdress, red garland and a tall staff stands before gold-and-orange drapes. An attendant in a light-coloured top holds a brass plate at left, and a partially visible assistant wearing a gold headdress sits at the lower left. The setting suggests an abhishekam or puja in a temple.2011-12-28
