March 03 20092009-03-03March 03 20092009-03-03Overhead view of a crowd gathered at the entrance of a building, with a staircase and a red carpet leading up. A woman in an orange sari with a large pink and white flower garland and gold necklace stands at the centre, while a man in an orange shawl over white clothes walks beside a man in white with an orange cloth over his shoulder. Several devotees in white shirts and dhotis line the steps, and a woman in a yellow sari holds a brass plate. A young child in orange is held by a man in white on the right. Potted palms and a metal railing frame the entrance, with cars and motorbikes parked outside.2010-01-19July 29 20082008-07-29July 23 20092009-07-23August 06 20092009-08-06June 14 20092009-06-14July 23 20092009-07-23A photograph of a curved staircase inside a white building with wooden railings and a multi-level balcony behind. A person in an orange-saffron robe with a bright orange head covering and a white shawl with a garland stands at centre, smiling, while many men in white dhotis and white shirts surround them, several with hands clasped in greeting or reaching to them along the rail. Some men wear orange sashes. The people appear to be moving together on the stairs. The centre figure's dress and headwear are distinctive, and the page names a person as present, so a probable identification applies: a person, in person, walking among devotees in saffron clothing with an orange head covering and white shawl.2008-07-29June 21 20142014-06-21A crowded indoor hall with white walls, chandeliers and a balcony packed with spectators draped in teal, pink and white fabric with flower garlands. On the floor, a dense crowd moves through the central aisle. A man in a saffron-orange robe with a bright orange head covering walks near the center, and a bald monk in orange stands beside him. Men in white dhotis and white shirts surround them, one bare-chested man wears a yellow cloth and a dhoti, and a cameraman in white films on the left. Women in colourful saris, including orange and yellow, and a woman in light blue stand among the crowd, many with flowers in their hair.2009-07-23April 11 20122012-04-11
