A photo of a devotional ritual indoors. In the centre, a woman with grey hair pulled back, glasses, a red bindi and a yellow shawl over a white sari with a green border holds a small lit oil lamp in her right hand, her mouth open as if chanting. To her right, another woman in a white blouse and white sari with a yellow shawl also looks on. In the foreground at left, a figure in orange robes is partly out of focus, with a shaved head visible at bottom left. Small flames and a brass tray are visible nearby, and a red cloth and gold-framed element stand at the left edge. Behind them is a pale wall with red-and-white striped drapery.
